针灸治疗男性不育症临床研究的回顾与思考

Review in Clinical research on the Treadment of Male Sterility with Acupuncture and Moxibustion

本文回顾近十年来有关针灸治疗男性不育症文献７０余篇，收集病例４４２０例，并结合个人临床体会，就针灸治疗男性不育症临床研究的概况，包括常用的针灸疗法、常用穴位。及常用穴位归经和使用频度分析、针刺手法的应用等进行了综述，并指出了针灸治疗该症临床研究存在的问题和应采取的对策。

More than 70 papers concerning the treatment of 4420 cases of male sterility with acupuncture and moxibustion reported over the past 10 years are reviewed in this article. Combined with the individual experience, the authorsummerized the commonly ac methods of acupuncture and moxibustion, acupoints with meridians they belong to and analysis of their clinically used frequency, as well as acupuncture manipulations, etc. Meanwhile, problems in the clinical research on the treatment of male sterility with acupuncture and moxibustion and the relevant way to resolve them are discussed.
