Study on Special Sensation Induced By Moxibustion

Special moxibustion sensation means that the sensation or phenomenon induced by moxibustion at a certain point, which is different from that induced at other points.Using a lighted moxa stick to find and choose the point or line to induce strong moxibustion sensation, warm moxibustion, quick moxibustion direct or indirect moxibustion were applied. Once the special moxibustion sensation disappeared the disease was cured. The characteristics and clinical application of the special moxibustion sensation are in troduced in this paper.
