小剂量r-HuEPO联合补肾生髓汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭贫血疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Low Dosage Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Combined with Busben Sbengsui Decoction(补肾生髓汤)in Treating Chronic Renal Failure Caused Anemia

采用小剂量重组人红细胞生成素(r—HuEPO)联合中药补肾生髓汤治疗非透析慢性肾功能衰竭贫血31例,治后 RBC、Hb 及 Ht 均显著增高(P<0.01),其净增值分别为(1.14±0.85)×10^(12)/L、34.03±6.35g/L 及0.156±0.06%,Hb 上升达105g/L 及85g/L 以上各11例。单用小剂量 r-HuEPO 组虽然 Hb 轻度增加(P<0.05),但 RBC、Ht 治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。笔者认为小剂量 r—HuEPO 联合补肾生髓汤对非透析慢性肾功能衰竭贫血有显著疗效,且无明显副作用。

Thirty-one cases of chronic renal failure(CRF)caused anemia have been treated with low dosage of recombinant human erythropoietin(r-HuEPO)combined with Bushen Shengsui decoction(BSD).Using the Chinese herbs of BSD.it could antagonize the inhibitory action of hematopoietic inhibitory substance to the bone marrow,and excite bone marrow hematopoietic cells to the response of hematopoietic stimulant factor such as Erythropoietin (EPO).After the treatment,the results showed that the number of the RBC,Hb and hematocrit (Ht)markedly increased(P<0.01).The net increased value were 1.14±0.85×10^(12)/L,30.03±6.35g/L and 0.156±0.06% respectively.11 cases showed Hb>105g/L and 11 cases 85g/L after treatment.In control group if low dosage r-HuEPO was used only the level of Hb elevated in comparing with that before treatment,while RBC and Ht had no marked change.The data also revealed that the therapeutic effect of TCM-WM was more effective in early-middle stage than that of terminal stage.But based on the dialysis,the terminal stage of CRF in addition of this therapy might improve anemia obviously,therefore,using low dosage r-HuEPO with BSD was safe,economic,effective,non-toxic and did no harms to kidney function.
