补肾泻肝法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床研究

Clinical Study on Bushen Xiegan(补肾泻肝)Prescriptions in Treating Chronic Aplastic Anemia

本文以补肾泻肝法治疗36例慢性再生障碍性贫血(慢性再障)患者,总有效率达55.6%。其中脾肾阳虚19例,有效率42.1%;脾虚阴亏型17例,有效率70.6%。实验证明补肾泻肝法具有降低患者抑制性 T 细胞数量,增加 T_4/T_8比值,降低免疫球蛋白 M 和循环免疫复合物水平;减少白细胞介素-2产量等作用。这些结果提示调节患者细胞和体液免疫功能,消除骨髓免疫抑制,恢复造血功能可能是补肾泻肝法治疗慢性再障的重要机理。

The clinical effects and mechanisms of tonifying the Kidney and purging the Liver-fire(TKPLF)therapy on 36 patients with chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)were analysed.The effective rate of 19 cases in Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency type(脾肾阳虚型)and 17 cases in Spleen Yin Deficiency type(脾虚阴亏型)were 42.1% and 70.6% respectively.The total effective rate was 55.6%.After the treatment,the level of IgM and circulatory immune complex(CIC)were greatly lowered(P<0.05.P<0.01).T_8 and IL-2 were markedly reduced(P<0. 05,P<0.01).T_4/T_8 ratio was greatly elevated(P<0.05).The above results suggested that the therapeutical mechanisms of TKPLF therapy in treating the CAA patients might be accelerating the recovery of damaged hemopoietie functions by relieving the immune suppression,regulating the cellular and humoral immune function of patients.
