摘要
再生障碍性贫血及难治性贫血73例,经补肾活血加或不加康力龙治疗50例,41例(82.0%)有效,较单用康力龙者23例,13例有效(56.5%)明显为优(P<0.05)。实验研究用细胞培养、病理、电镜等观察,提示补肾活血药物作用于造血细胞、造血微环境而促进造血;修复因环磷酰胺所致骨髓损伤。此外尚有增强机体免疫,提高体内活性氧清除能力等多方面作用。
Among 73 aplastic anemia patients.50 cases were treated by Bushen Huoxue(BSHX)herbal medicine with or without combination of stanazol.The response of 82.0% was significantly higher than the 56.5% responded for the other 23 cases using stanazol alone(P<0.01).By cell culture assay and electronmicroscopic examination etc.BSHX could enhance the proliferation of hematopoietic progenitor cells,ameliorate the marrow stromal function,and restore the marrow suppression induced by cyclophosphamide(CP).In experimental study,it showed that the activity of interleukin-2 was raised,the CP caused T and B lymphocytes reduction could be recovered,and the superoxide dismutase was elevated.The modulation of immune system and the clearance of active oxidants might also be in favor of the marrow hemopoiesis by BSHX treatment.
