补气活血法治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜及抗血小板抗体和触珠蛋白的变化

Treatment of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura with Yiqi Huoxue(益气活血) Principle and Observation on Platelet-Associated IgG and Hapatoglobin

补气活血法治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜20例。疗程4～8周。显效2例,良效4例,进步7例,总有效率65%。分别与强的松治疗组和辅酶-A 治疗组对照。症状改善速度及有效率不及前者,但优于后者。同时观察抗血小板抗体(PAIgG及触珠蛋白(HP)变化,发现补气活血法治疗后,随着病情改善。PAIgG 和 HP 都有显著下降。

The Yiqi Huoxue principle in treating 20 cases of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)was reported.The preliminary analysis showed a fairly good response with 2 cases of marked effective(10%),4 cases moderate effective(20%).7 cases effective(35%)and 7 cases ineffective(35%).The total effective rate was 65%.Meanwhile the experimental parameters such as the platelet-associated IgG(PAIgG),hapatoglobin(HP) were measured in part of the patients.It was found that the level of PAIgG.HP lowered to normal when the patients' condition improved after treatment of Yiqi Huoxue principle.
