摘要
该文通过核型分析比较表明:几种岩黄芪灌木的细胞染色体中2n=16的占90%以上。因此,该属细胞染色体的基数为x=8。几种岩黄芪灌木核型的倍性水平相同,不同之处是:每个种(型)在染色体着丝点部位,带随体的数量及分布,染色体的长度比与相对长度变异分布范围均有差异。几个种型均由m和sm组成,属对称的1A和2A核型。通过分析,对该属种(型)划分提供依据。
This paper demonstrates through caryogram analysis and comparisions that among the cell chromosome of six rock astragalus shrubs, the number of those 2n=16 exceeds 90% and that the radix of the cell chromosome is x=8. The caryograms of all the six rock astragalus shrubs have an identical level of ploidy. The differences are found in the number and distribution of carriers, in the ratio of chromosome lengths, and in the distribution area of the relative length variation. Each type is composed of m and sm, belongs to the caryogram of A and 2A, and posses its own characteristics. The analysis in this paper provides a basis for the categorization of the caryogram in question.
