摘要
观察了桑天牛成虫行为，初步研究了６０Ｃｏγ射线对雄虫的辐射效应。研究结果表明：雄虫占６０％，飞翔能力强寿命长，雌雄虫需在构、桑树上进行补充营养，交尾均不止１次，雌虫产卵量大；６０Ｃｏγ射线对雄虫取食、活力、寿命、交尾及孵化幼虫，均有明显影响，雄虫不育剂量的上限为１６３．２Ｇγ。
The behaviours of Aprioe germaric imago were observed in theis project, and a primary study on radiation effects of 60 Coγ to male imago was made as well. The results showed that the male imagines occupied about 60%of all, its life span was longer than that of female ;female imagines need to feed themselves at mulberry or brousometia trees for their mutrition adding ,and had cou -pling pairing for several times;produced a number of eggs;the60 Coγ ray influences on feeding of male imago.as well as on its vigour,life span, coupling pairing and incubation,The radiation dosage for male sterility is 163.2 Cuy.
