摘要
结果表明,柞蚕抗菌肽D(Cecropin-D)对广藿香青枯病的病原细菌PseudomonasSolanacerum有很强的抑制作用。通过农杆菌介导的方法将Cecropin-D基因导入广蕾香细胞,获得5株转基因植株,并繁殖成无性系。5个无性系在与病原菌共培养时都表现出一定的抗性。
Bacterial wilt is a severe disease on Pogostemon cablin in Hainan. Our tudy showed that Cecropin-D had significant inhibitory effect on the pat-hogen of the disease,Pseudomonas solanaserum. Successful transfer of Cecr-opin D gene into the cells of Pogostemon cablin were made through Agroba-cterium-mediating method. Five transgenic plants have been obtained and cloned. The clones of the transgenic plants displayed certain resistance to the pathogen when they were co-cultured with the latter.
