Abstract A process to purify phosphoglycerate kinase(PGK) and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH) from yellow peas by PEG/Reppal PES system and ion exchange chromatography in large scale was developed. The recovery and purification factor of PGK were 41% and 41, and that of GAPDH were 57% and 113,respectively.
