大螺距加工数控系统的设计

摘要 介绍了研制加工大爆距数控系统,提高工加工精度;讨论了系统总体设计方法,并对传动系统进行理论分析和计算;得出了影响控制精度的主要因素及解决方法。最后详细讨论了数字控制系统数学模型的建立及增量式PID算法的软化。 Development of a numerical control system for processing workpieces of big pitch in order to improve the system accuracy is introduced in this paper. An overall syStem design method is discussed. Theoretical analysis and Calculation are carried out for the transmission system. Primary factors that effect the control accuracy and the solution are obtained.Establishment of mathematical models of the numerical control system the the programs of PID algorithm are discussed in detail.
