摘要 在型材生产中,由于过程的连续性,因而必须将型材在行进的动态中截断。本文首先分析了薄壁型材加工对定长切割的特殊要求,进而介绍了一个基于STD总线的定长切割计算机控制系统。系统的受控对象为一个可往返运动的截锯小车,该小车在控制作用下对型材切点进行跟踪,并由飞据将型材锯断,选用16位单片机Intel8098作为控制用的CPU,型材长度与小车位置分别用光电码盘和旋转变压器进行测量。该系统适用的最大轧制速度为36m/min,精度为±0.1%,一个锯切循环的时间为10S。文中阐述了系统的工作原理,并给出了硬件和软件的构成与实现方法。 Because of the continuity of manufacture process,section product must be cut off when it is moving for hard' First special technical requirement of fiXed-length cutting for rolled section rolling is discussed. A computer controlled fixed-lenth cutting system based on STD bus is introduced. The plant of the system is a back-and-forth movable cart with a flying saw mounted. The cart is controlled to followup the point to be cutted,and section is cut off by the flying saw, 16 bit single-chip microcomputer Intel 8098 is selected as control CPU' An opticalencoder and a rotating transformer are used to measure rolled section length and cart positionrespectively The maximum velocity of the system is up to 36 m/min with ± 0. 1 % relativeaccuracy. One cycling time is about 10 s. Working principles of the system are presented. Theconstruction of hardware and software together with their application is given.
