摘要
研究了不同培养条件下,介质中磷酸盐浓度对几种藻类吸收磷酸盐动力学参数(吸收速率常数)的影响,同时探讨了温度、光照强度的效应。结果表明:在短时间(2h)批量培养条件下,介质中磷酸盐浓度对吸收速率常数的影响不大,但经14d半连续培养后,随磷酸盐浓度的降低,吸收速率常数显著增大;在批量培养条件下,随温度升高,吸收速率常数呈增大趋势,光照强度对吸收速率常数的影响因种类而异。
With the different culture conditions,laboratory experiments were carried out tostudy the effects of phosphate concentration,temperature and light intensity on uptake rate constant ofphosphate(K) by alsae. Results showed that phosphate concentration had little effect on K after 2 hbateh culture,but K increased significantly with decreasing of phosphate concentration in medium af-ter 2- week semicontinuous culture,same phenomenon was found in west Xianien harbour. It also in-dicated that K increased while the temperature rose in culture medium The effect of light intensity onK was different between species.
