摘要
采用 ̄(14)C示踪法测定台湾海峡南部海域藻类光合作用速率,分析了近岸上升流区、台湾浅滩的南上升流区和台湾浅滩东南上升流区的初级生产力、同化系数和碳同化速率常数的季节变化,探讨了复制率的温度效应,并与有关模式的理论预期值进行了比较,结果表明台湾浅滩西南上升流区全年平均碳同化速率常数最高(1.06d ̄(-1)),复制时间最短(0.89d),复制率最高(1.54d ̄(-1)),与该上升流区终年较高的初级生产力相一致。
Photosynthetic rates of algae were measured with  ̄(14) C-tracer method in the south-ern sea area of Taiwan Strait. The seasonal variations of productivity, photosynthetic index and theconstant of carbon assimilation rate were analyzed in the coastal upwelling, in the upwelling on thesouthwest of the Taiwan Bank and in the upwelling on the southeast of the Taiwan Bank. The effect oftemperature on the doubling rate was discussed, in comparison with the theoretical expectations de-duced from relative models. Experimental results indicated that there were the highest mean annual ofthe constant of carbon assimilation rate ( 1 . 06 d ̄(-1) ),the shortest mean annual of doubling tmie(0. 89d)and the highest doubling rate ( 1 .51 d ̄(-1) ) in the upwelling on the southwest of the Taiwan Bank,incorrespondence with the higher primary productivity throughout the year.
