摘要
主要讨论有机氯农药(OCP)在九龙江口红树林区的分布及其动态,结果表明:九龙江口浮宫红树林区水样中的OCP浓度各自的变化为0.1382~1.1880μg/L;全年平均为0.6017μg/L.红树林区产品有较高的OCP富集。除红树林区弹涂色肝的OCP富集系数浮宫的(4352)比海沧的(2154)较高外,综合来看,其它产品OCP富集系数海沧的都比浮宫的高,秋茄植物体内OCP含量,以胚轴最高(3313~4083μg/kg)、根和成熟叶居次,而茎最低,仅48.6~96.9μg/kg。红树植物叶的OCP含量的月变化中,桐花树以9月最高(619.0μg/kg),4月最低(135.3μg/kg),秋茄以2月最高(490.5μg/kg),12月最低,仅123.7μg/kg。
The paper deals chiefly with the distribution and dynamics organochlorinated pes-ticides(OCP)in mangrove area of Jiulongjiang Estuary,Fujian.The results were as follows:Themonthly changes of OCP concentration in water of mangrove area in Fugong town of Jiulongjiang Es-tuary range from 0.1382 μg/L to 1. 880μg/L; the yearly average was 0. 601 7 μg/L, The OCP en-richment coefficient of the products in mangrove area was highness. Except OCP enrichment coeffi-cient in the liver of Periophthalmus pectinrostris was Fugong town(4352)higher than that of Haicangtown(2154),the other products was OCP of Haicang town higher than that of Fugong town. OCPcointents in plant body of Kandelia candel were highest in hypocotyl(3 31 3~4083 μg/kg),root andmature leaves the second,stem the lowest,48.6~96.9 μg/kg only. Among monthly changes of OCPcontent in the leaves of mangrove plants,Aegiceras corniculatum was highest in September(619. μg/kg),lowest in April(1 35.3 μg/kg),that of Kandelia candel was highest in February(490.5 μg/kg)and lowest in December,123.7μg/kg only.
