厦门港海区两种常见纺锤水蚤的染色体研究

Studies on the Chromosomes of Two Commond AcartiaSpecies from Xiamen Waters

对厦门港两种常见的纺锤水蚤（刺尾纺锤水蚤和太平洋纺锤水蚤）的染色体做了初步分析。结果表明：这两种桡足类的染色体数目均为２ｎ＝２０，ｎ＝１０，且均为中部和亚中部着丝点染色体。初步认为它们应属同一种的不同种群。

An analytical study is carried on the chromosomes,by means of hotdropping,ofAcartia spinicauda and A. pacifica collected from Xiamen watere. The results show that the numbers ofchromosomes in the two species are the same (2n = 20,n =10), and the chromosomes in the both ofthem are metacentric and submetucentric.In addition,a discussion of the parentage relationship is alsoinvoved.
