厦门港几种海洋浮游动物的肠含物色素分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用肠荧光技术分析了厦门港4种桡足类(强额拟哲水蚤,驼背隆哲水蚤,纺锤水蚤,真刺唇角水蚤)和日本毛虾样品的肠含物色素水平及其周日变化。利用肠含物色素差异重新考虑了这5种浮游动物的食性特征。色素的周日变化与浮游动物现场摄食行为,如垂直移动、昼夜节律和同类竞争等的相互关系作了讨论。 Gut pigment contents(GPC)were examined using gut-fluorescence technique forfour copepods (Paracalanus crassirostris,Acrocalanus gibber, Acartia spp, Labidocera euchaeta)and amalacostraca(Acetes japonicus)in Xiamen Harbour during August,1992. Feeding habits of these zoo-plankton were reconsidered according to their G pC levels. Diel GPC changes of three copepods suggest-ed active in situ feeding behaviour. Zooplankton feeding rhythm,diel vertical migration and interspe-cific competition were discussed.
