摘要
探索了Bi系超导体的成相机制。观察到2201,2212和2223相之间的相互转化关系。2223相的形成应是2212相和固溶体(Sr_(1-x-y)Ca_xPb_y)CuO_2,x=0.5,y=0.03结合的结果;而2212相的形成则与2201和上述固溶体的相互作用有关。
The mechanism of phase formation of Bi-System superconductor was investigat-ed. The relationship of transition between 2201, 2212 and 2223 phase was observed in experiment.The formation of 2223 phase must be the result of combining the 2212 with a solid solution,(Sr_(1-x-y)Ca_xPb_y)CuO_2,x=0. 50,y=0. 03,and the phase 2212 must be combining 2201 with the solid solution.
