摘要
在光电化学电池中分别测定六种稀土金属酞菁配合物(MPc_2)在GaAs单晶电极上所形成n+n异质结的光伏效应(PVE),并研究不同介质电对和介质溶液的酸碱性对光伏效应的影响。结果表明:1)O_2/H_2O(KCl溶液)与I_2/是两种较好的介质电对;2)介质酸碱性的改变对稀土金属酞菁的光伏效应有较大的影响;3)六种稀土金属酞菁中LaPc_2、YPc_2与CePc_2具有较大的光伏效应。
The photovoltaic effects(PVE) for metallophthalocynine complexes of six rareearth metals on GaAs single crystal electrode forming n+n heterojunction in the photoelectrochemicalcells were studied respectively, Influences of various redox couples and pH in medium on the photo-voltaic effects were observed,The results showed that:1)O_2/H_2O(KCI) and I_2/ were two kinds ofbetter redox cuuples,in the photoelectrochemical cells.2)the changes of meduim acidity-basicity hadgreater influences on PVE of MPc_2.3)LaPc_2、 YPc_2 and CePc_2 possessed better photovoltaic propertiesthan the others among the six metallopthalocyanine complexes of rare earth nletals.
