本文结合徐变分析中最常用的龄期调整有效模量法（ＡＥＭＭ法）和建立在递推公式上的徐变迭加庆，提出了递推ＡＥＭＭ法，这种方法兼有前两种方法的优点，既不需要存贮应力历程，也不需要做时段加密分析。
