随着现代工业的发展,镉已成为环境和食品的重点污染物。镉对哺乳动物的胚胎毒性及其对子代生长的影响已构成潜在危害,为此,本研究探讨了Vc抗镉的胚胎毒性效应。结果表明妊娠期间,Vc对镉引起的孕鼠体重净增减少无作用。而对单剂镉组的吸收胎率、死胎率及畸胎发生率均有下降。此外Vc1000,100和10mg加镉组胎鼠体重、身长和尾长均显著超过硫酸镉组(P<0.01)。但他们的3项生长指标仍显著低于正常对照组(P<0.001)。Vc加镉染毒组的胎鼠掌、趾等骨缺失发生率均明显增加。故Vc有一定的抗镉的胚胎毒性作用,能增加胎鼠存活率,促进胎仔生长,减少畸形胎。
The exprimental mice were divided into 5 groups' The mice in group l, 2, 3 and 4 weresupplemented with CdSO4 (50mg/kg body wt/d ) on the gth to 12th day of gestation and ingroups l, 2 and 3 were supplemented with various amounts of Ve on 0 to 12th day of gestation. The dosage of the 1, 2 and 3 groups were 1000, 100 and 10 mg/kg/d respectively. Themice in groups 4 were given Cd salt only. In group 5, mice were given distilled water andserved as normal control' The increase in body weights in gestation period among variousgroups supplemented with Cd (group 1, 2, 3, 4) were not significantly different. Howeverthey were significant lower than that of normal group. This result indicated that Vc did notalternated the Cd deleterious effects on body weight of pregrant mice. The percentage occurrence of absorbed embryo in the group (1, 2, 3) were decreased respectively 48. 1, 44' 2 and38' 3% than that of sroup 4 (given only Cd),' but higher than that of normal group. Incidence of died embryo or malformed fetus occurred in group l, 2, 3 were significantly lower- than that of supplemented Cd only, but still higher than that normal sroup. The parametersof body weight, body lenth and tail lenth of fetus in group 1, 2, 3 were significantly largerthan those of group 4, but significantly smaller than that of normal group. The resultsshowed that Vc decreased the toxicity of Cd on embryo development and growth. Cd induceddysostosis of limb bone and Vc was not effective in prevention.
