The Sensitive humidity properties of doped SnO2 ultrafine particle film with 3%Bi2O3 are mainly described. The resistance humidity cure of the material has better lin-earity, and humidity hysteresis loop is smaller.The SnO2 film has good repeatibility andstability for long time.
