摘要
介绍了化学沉淀法制备超TiO2/Nb2O5粉体工艺,应用此粉体制作出了性能优良的陶瓷湿敏元件,并对元件的感湿特性、温度特性、频率特性、响应特性、稳定特性作了测试分析;探讨了元件的半导化机理、老化机理,提出了采用表面釉化工艺及掺杂工艺改善元件长期稳定性的有效方法.
A mechanism of preparing ultrafine powder TiO2/Nb2O5 by chemical depositionmethod is presented. Using this powder.a very good property ceramic humidity sensorhas been made. And the humidity character.temperature character,frequency character,response character and stability character of the sensor :are measured and analyzed, Ar-gueins the sensors semiconducting mechanism and ageing mechanism. A valid method of improving sensors long term stability by using surface-glazing and doping technology isproposed.
