摘要
密封装量和密封胶在许多行业得到广泛应用．但一般采用手工或简单机械涂胶．不但效率低、均匀性差．而且对材料的浪费也较大．本文介绍了一种采用微机控制的自动涂布机．解决了上述问题．大大提高了涂胶的效率和质量．并减轻了劳动强度．文中重点介绍其控制部份．
Seal device and seel glue have been applied widely to many trades. Used by manual or simple machine coating,thcy have the disadvantages of inefficiency,Lcss uniformity and material waste. This paper introduces an automatic coating machine,which adopts micro-computer controlling system. This machine solved the above problems,greatly improved the efficiency and quality of coating glue,lightened the intensity of labour. Its controlling units are mainly diScussed in this paper.
