关于塑料模具冷却方式的改进

摘要 塑料模具在冷却过程中.由于塑件内部各点的固化时间不同.将产生不同的收缩及残余应力.本文以塑件拐角处为例.讨论了塑料模具中不对称部位的冷却问题.为了平衡内应力.从而消除塑件变形.文中给出了几种冷却方式的改进方法. During the cooling process the plastic mould has different shrinkage and residual stress because the solidify time of the different point inside the plastic body is different. As an example around the corner of the plastic body,the cooling subject of unsymmetrical position inside the plastic mould is discussed in this paper. The revision method of several cooling ways are also presented in order to equilibrate the internal stress and relieve the deformation of the plastic body.
