PAOA与四种免疫抑制剂对小鼠体外脾细胞单相和双相混合培养影响初探

EFFECT OF PAOA ON MONOPHASIC AND DIPHASIC MIXED CULTURE OF MOUSE SPENOCYTE IN VITRO

本文报道了中药ＰＡＯＡ水提取物对小鼠体外脾细胞单相和双相混合培养有显著的抑制作用。其中１０００μｇ／ｍｌ浓度抑制效应最明显（Ｐ＜０．０１）。并将ＰＡＯＡ与环孢素Ａ（ＣｙｃｌｏｓｐｏｒｉｎｅＡ，ＣｓＡ）、硫唑嘌呤（Ａｚａｔｈｉｏｐｒｉｎｅ，Ａｚａ）、地塞米松（Ｄｅｘａｍｅｔｈａｓｏｎｅ，ＤＸＭ）及环磷酰胺（Ｃｙｃｌｏｐｈｏｓｐｈａｍｉｄｅ，Ｃｙ）四种临床常用的免疫抑制剂作比较，其结果显示ＰＡＯＡ（１０μｇ／ｍｌ，１００μｇ／ｍｌ，１０００μｇ／ｍｌ）的免疫抑制作用明显强于Ａｚａ、ＤＸＭ和Ｃｙ，也不亚于ＣｓＡ的抑制作用。因此，作者认为，ＰＡＯＡ作为免疫抑制剂用于临床治疗将会有广阔前景。

The possible immunosuppressive effect of PAOA,an extraction from a chinse medical herb, was investigated in this paper.The results showed that PAOA ( 100μg/ml and 1000μg/ml) effectively inhibited the mixed monophasic and diphasic culture of mouse splenocyte in vitro(P<0.01).The most powerful concentration was 1000μg/ml.campared with other immurosuppressive agents commoaly used clnicaly, PAOA was more effective than Aza.Cy and DXM, and its immunosuppressive effect was equel to that of CsA.Our resultS suggest that PAOA is expected to be a new immunosuppressive agent.
