摘要
本文观察了槐胺碱（ＳｏｐｈｏｒａｍｉｎｅＳＡ）对大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。实验发现ＳＡ１３．３和１５ｍｇ／ｋｇ于冠状动脉结扎前ｉＶ，显著降低结扎后４ｈ的心肌梗塞范围，降低死亡率。减轻缺血早期心律失常，胺碘酮７．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ有类似作用。
The effect of sophoramine(SA) on myocardial infarction and ischemia-induced arrhythmias were studied in open and sthetized chest of Sprague-Dawley rats. It was found that pretreatment with SA 13.3 and 15mg/kg iv diminished significantly infarction at 4h after ligation,SA prevented ischemic arrhythmia.Amiodarone 7.5mg/kg had the same effect.These results suggest that SA has protective effect on myocardial ischemia.Further study is needed in its mechanism.
