P物质拮抗剂对雌性大鼠血清雌二醇含量的影响

EFECTS OF SP-ANTAGONIST ON THE CONTENT OF SERUM ESTROGEN IN FEMALE RATS

本文应用侧脑室注射方法观察了Ｐ物质拮抗剂对雌性大鼠血清雌二醇含量的影响。实验结果发现，间情期实验组大鼠侧脑室注射Ｐ物质拮抗剂２μｇ／ｍｌ，引起下丘脑、腺垂体、卵巢的Ｐ物质含量明显降低，而血清雌二醇含量明显增加，对照组侧脑室注射人工脑脊液。此结果证明，在雌性大鼠间情期中，Ｐ物质可能作为一种中枢性抑制因素，影响雌二醇的生成。

Contents of serum estrogen were determined by radiommunassary in female rats by injected sp-antagonist through lateral brain ventricle during different sexual cycle.The effects of sp-antagonist on the secretion of estrogen were studied.During the diestrus injection of sp-antagonist through lateral brain ventricle resulted in significant increase estrogen of the serum.During the estrus injection of sp-antagonist did not result in variety of contents estrogen in the serum.The result of our studies suggested that the suLstance pmay have effect of regulation in the central part on the estrogen in female rats.
