摘要
本文研究了ZG4Cr25Ni35WNb奥氏体-铁素体双相不锈钢的热处理工艺条件对其金相组织及理化性能影响。试验表明.采取1050C17℃保温0.5小时.水冷的固溶处理,可使这种不锈钢获得合理的相结构并具有优良的耐热性、耐蚀性及综合机械性能.文中并研究了这种钢的敏化处理。
In this paper, the effects of heat treatment on microstructure, physical and chemical properties of ZG4Cr25Ni35WNb Austenite-Ferrolite cast dual-phase steel are investigated. Experimental cesults show that the cast dual-stainless steel can obtain reasonable Phase struture and achieve advanced heat resistance. corosion resistance and high-grade combination of mechanical properties after solid solution treatment at 1050℃ for 0. 5h followed by cooling in water.The steel sensitized treatments are also studied.
