多微机全数字式同步电动机矢量控制系统研究

摘要 本文介绍了作者自行设计的多微机全数字式交交变频器同步电动机矢量控制系统。该系统采用高性能、快速性好的16位单片机组成硬件电路,采用目前流行的可读性好、可靠性高的PLM高级语言编程,系统软、硬件保护功能较全,各种检测电路尽量采用先进的光电检测装置。该系统是为了适应国产挖掘机低速、大转矩的特点而设计的,这一理论的不断完善必将揭开我国挖掘机交流传动取代直流传动的序幕。 The multi-microcomputer and complete digital vector control system of AC-AC inverter-synchronous motor has been introduced in the paper by the author design. The hardware circuit consists of 16-bit single chip computers with high performance and high speed. The control software is programmed with popular PL/M high level language which is readable and reliable. A lot of software and hardware protect functions are designed in the system. The detect circuit uses advanced photoelectric detect device. The system is designed for the home-made excavator, which has low speed and high torque. The development of this theory will raise the curtain of DC drives being replaced by AC drives in excavators.
