铬酸钠中毒大鼠肝网状纤维的变化

摘要 用0.98mg/kg铬酸钠一次注入大鼠气管内,观察肝病理改变、网状纤维染色及图像定量分析,结果,第2天起,肝细胞出现病理改变,同时,肝网状纤维增生,至第14天达高峰,随后,肝细胞损伤开始恢复,使网状纤维吸收,说明网状纤维在铬中毒性肝损伤中的产生和修复起重要作用。 he change of reticular fiber in livers of rats was studied by histopathological, reticular fiberstaining and image analysis methods. A single dose of 0.98mg/kg chromate sodium was administeredthrough intratrachea. Reticular fiber began to increase two days after administration and pathological change occurred at hepatic cells of rats. The longer time, the more the change and the most chargeswere observed at the 14th day after administration. It decreased as the damaged liver recovered. Butthe change is still signigicant at the 28th day after administration. The results indicate that the reticularfiber plays an important role in the occurence and recovery of liver damage caused by chromium.
