The Changes of GMP-140 During Cardiopulmonary Bypass and its Clinical Significance

观察太湖珍宝口服液对黑腹果蝇寿命的影响。结果表明，０．５％、１．０％、２．０％太湖珍宝口服液均可明显延长果蝇的平均寿命与最高寿命，对果蝇的半数死亡期也有一定延长作用。

Using radioimmunossay, we have measured the concentration of GMP-140 on plateletMembrane surface and in plasma quantitatively in 20 cases during CPB. The results show that theconcentration of GMP-140 on platelet surfaceincreased at commencement, reached the peak level atend of CPB and became normal at the 24th hour after operation. The. concentraction of GMP-140 inplasma reached the peak at the 2th hour after operation and became normal at the 48th hour afteroperation. These results explain the regulation function of platelet activated caused by CPB in the lightor monlecular biology.
