股骨粗隆间骨折压缩外固定支架的临床应用

Clinical Application of Compression Brace of External Fixation for Intertrochanteric of the Femur

用自制压缩外固定支架治疗股骨粗隆间骨折４７例。其中属稳定型骨折３０例，不稳定型骨折１７例，经６～２４个月随访结果优４５例，良２例。结果表明，这种外固定方法固定作用强、手术操作简单。

he article reports that the treatment of the intertrochanteric fracture of femur in 47 cases bycompression brace with external fixation. Thirty cases belonged to the stable type and 17 cases theunstable. The followed-up for 6 months to 24 months showed that the excellent results in 45 casesand good in 2 cases. In the light of mechanics tests distribution of strees,strain, dispacement androtation at the side of the intetrochanteric fracture of the femur were tested. The results demonstrated that its affect on fixation intertrochanteric fracture of the femur was higher by 36% than that ofMclauhlis's nail-plate and by 20% than Ender's nail. It can be explained that the brace of externalfixation completely conforms to the priciple of biomechanics. Its clinical application showed that themethod was easy to operate.
