摘要
调息,即以一定的方式调练呼吸。84位无心肺严重疾患的老年人.随机分组.采用双盲法,按随机发生数编号。在开始时,一年后,各测一次Pidmax(最大凝膈压)、VC、FEV_1.0、MMEF、MVV。结果显示:实验组调息前后自身对比、调息后与对照组相比,Pdimax、VC、FEV_1.0、MVV均有显著差异,P<0.05,MMEF有极显著差异,P<0.01。对照组的前后自身对比,各项皆呈下降趋势。表明:调息是一种能增强健康老人呼吸功能的有效锻练模式;Pdimax的显著改变,提示调息主要是通过锻炼膈肌。增强膈肌力量.从而提高呼吸功能。
Regulation of Breathing is a special breathing exercise. 84 elderly people without sprious dissease,especially without chronic obstuctive pulmoary disease, were randomly divided into two grollps: 43 cases in the experimental group took Reguistion of Breathingl 41 cases in the controI group did not takeit. The respiratory fuction and the maximum transdiaphragamatic pressure (pdimax) were deterrninedin all people of both groups be fore and one year after taking Regulation of Breathing. The result wasas follow: there was singnificant difference between the two groups in Pdimax, VC, FEV_1.0,MVV(P<0. 05) and in MMEF (P<0.01). A close relationship between Regulation of Breathing and diaphragmatic muscle was found, it indicated that Regulation of Breathing could be the best method oftraining diaphragtioc muscle. The alterations of Pdimax from beginning to end show that Regulationof Breathing has the function of strengthening disaphragmatic muscle, thus it can improve the respiratory function. The essence of diaphragmatic muscle is worthy of further studying.
