Effect of Sodium Selenite on Intracellular Cyclic Nucleotide Accumulation in SGC-7901 Cells

研究亚硒酸钠对胃癌细胞株ＳＧＣ－７９０１细胞的生长增殖和细胞内环核苷酸累积的影响，结果表明亚硒酸钠显著抑制ＳＧＣ－７９０１细胞的生长增殖，对静息的和肾上腺素刺激的ｃＡＭＰ累积均无显著影响，但可使ｃＧＭＰ累积显著减少，ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ比值升高，提示亚硒酸钠对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用可能与减少ｃＧＭＰ的合成有关。

A study of the effects of soditim selenite on human stomach cancer cell line(SGC-7901cells)was carried out.The results showed that 10-5 mol/L sodium selenite remarkably inhibited the growth and proliferation of the cells,accompanied by cGMP decreased,but did not influence the basal cAMP and adrenalin (10-5mol/L)stimulated cAMP accumulation,The results suggested that the effect of soditim selenite was probably due to its effect of decreasing the cGMP synthetsis.
