用反相高效液相色谱法测定癣可净软膏的含量。以非那西丁为内标，甲醇－水为流动相，紫外检测波长为２８５ｍｍ。本法开始３．５ｍｉｎ内以６０％甲醇－水为流动相，３．５～１３．０ｍｉｎ内以１００％甲醇为流动相。平均回收率为９８．９％，ＲＳＤ＝０．５５％；日内精密度ＲＳＤ为１．３２％，日间精密度为１．８２％。
