摘要
利用红外光谱(IR),X光电子能谱(ESCA)和俄歇电子能谱(AES)等现代分析手段,研究了玻璃纤维增强PF尼龙新材料(GRPFN)的界面结构和粘合机理。结果表明:(1)硅烷偶联剂在玻璃纤维(GF)表面发生了化学吸附;(2)γAPS与PFN之间发生了化学反应;(3)γAPS在GF/PFN界面层中呈浓度梯度分布。
Studicd the glass fiber/PF nylon(GF/PFN ) in teriace structure and adhesive mechanism in the Glass fiber Reinforced PF Nylon(GRPFN)by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS, ESCA),IR and Auger Electron Spectroscopy( AES),It is shown that the silanecoupling agent γAPS has been chem ically adsorpted on the glass fiber surface,the chemieal reactionhas taken place between the γAPS and PFN , and the coupling agen t γAPS has been disporsed in con-centration gradient in the interphase GF/PFN.
