斗南锰矿缓倾斜薄矿体采矿方法的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 斗南锰矿缓倾斜薄矿体采矿方法的试验研究过程中,针对白姑矿区矿体厚度多变的特点,在矿体平均厚度大于1.6m,采场顶板中等稳固的块段进行了锚杆房柱法试验。采用超快硬普通水泥卷锚杆加固采场顶板的新技术,使采场跨度由原来的4~6m增大到8~10m,矿块矿石回采率由原来60%提高到81.3%,采场生产能力达到86t/d,矿石贫化率为8.3%,同时节约了大量木材,采矿成本比生产时期降低了7.3%,取得较好的技术经济效果。目前锚杆房柱法已在该矿推广应用。 A test is described of the anchor pillar-and-stallmethod in the working distrietwith ceilings moderately stabilized and an orebody more them 1.6m thick in Baigu stope area ofDounan Manganese Mine. Employing a new technique for reinforoing the ceilings by anchorsmade of ultraquick harderning Portland cement,the test shows such results as increases in thestope span from 4m~6m to 8m~10m and in the extraction percentage from 60%to 81.3%,themining throughput up to 86t/d,8.3%ore depreciation,together with a considerable saving inwood consumption and a decrease in mining cost by 7.3%compared with that of the reference pe-riod.The teclnique can offer good benefits for the mine and so finds every applicatiou in the mine.
