摘要
本文比较了晶态SiO_2和无定形SiO_2的性质。结果表明,无定形SiO_2的溶解度大于α-石英。在pH>3的范围内,SiO_2粒子表面带负电荷,α-石英粒子表面ξ电位高于无定形SiO_2粒子,ESR谱表明,α-石英晶体被研磨后,粉尘粒子表面产生了自由基,而研磨无定形SiO_2则无自由基产生。α-石英粉尘粒子表面ξ电位大,粒子表面存在自由基与它的细胞毒性大是相一致的。
The property of c ystalline SiO_2 and amorpbous SiO_2 is studied by detecting the surface property of SiO_2 partical and the action of SiO_2 dust to the alveolar macrophage.The results are mainlyas follows.The solubility of amorphous SiO_2 is higher than that of α quartz,In the ranger of PH>3.surface of SiO_2 practicle changes negative change,The electric potentials of α quaroz is higher than that of amorphous SiO_2 ESR spectrum shows that grinding α quartz in air products free radical.but grinding amorphous SiO_2 don't product free radical.High electric potentials and free radical of α quartz particles surface accord with its great cytotoxicity.
