摘要
本文从高校短跑教学的目的任务出发,结合实验,通过生物力学的简单分析,阐述高校短跑教学中采用按步频和步长将学生进行分组,突出重点的教学优于传统的不分组教学。
According to the aims and tasks of dash teaching in college,with some experiments and the theory of biomechanics,the article expounds the way that the students are divided into several groups according to their steps frequence and length is better than the traditional one.
