用E花环试验检测人胎盘免疫调节因子活性的研究

Determination of Immunological Activity of HPIF by E－Rosette Formation Test

用成人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞总Ｅ花环法、正常成人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞４５℃脱Ｅ受体的Ｅ花环法，以及脐血淋巴细胞未加热和４５℃加热脱Ｅ受体的Ｅ花环法，进行ＨＰＩＦ免疫活性检测的比较研究，结果表明用正常成人外周血淋巴细胞４５℃脱Ｅ受体的Ｅ花环法最佳。建议将此法作为ＨＰＩＦ免疫活性检测的常规方法。

In this paper,A comparison was made among the four methods for the determination of immunological activity of human placenta immunoregulatory factor(HPIF):E-rosette formation test(ERFT) with adult peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL), ERFT with normal adult PBL which heated at 45℃ for 1 hr, ERFT with umbilical cord blood lymphocytes and the lymphocytes which heated at 45℃ for 1 hr． These results show that ERFT with normal adult PBL which heated at 45℃ for 1 hr is the best method among our sfudy, We suggust that this assay could be used as routine method in the determinotion of the immunological activity of HPIF.
