摘要
指出要实现共轭齿轮等强度设计，对硬齿面共轭齿轮而言，大小齿轮之间的硬度差与传动比成线性关系。据此提出确定硬齿面齿轮副的大小齿轮之间硬度关系的经验公式。
In the paper, it is pointed out that in order to realize equate-strength design, the hardness difference and the tansmission ratio between big wheel and little wheel have linear relation for conjugate gears hardened tooth flank. Therefore. it is put forward that experience formula to determine hardness relation between big wheel and little wheel of gear pair hardened tooth flank.
