摘要
本文对复方三七片质量标准进行了研究。采用薄层层析法鉴别复方三七片中主药三七和人参;以人参皂甙Rg<sub>1</sub>为定量指标,采用大孔树脂吸附—分光光度法测定复方三七片中三七总皂甙的含量,方法准确可靠,平均回收率为99.63％,变异系数为2.20％.
The quality standard of compound sanqi tablet was studied. In this paper, panax notoginseng and panax ginseng in compound sanqi tablet were identified by thin-layer chromatography. Using ginsenoside Rgl as a determination index, the content of total notoginsenoside in compound sanqi tablet was determined by macroporous resin adsorption-ultraviolet spectrophotometric, this method was accurate and reliable ,the average recovery was 99.63%, the coefficient of variation was less than 2.20%.
