摘要
49例临床确诊为重症肌无力病人中眼肌型31例,全身型18例。进行面、尺及腋神经重复频率电刺激。眼肌型面神经重频刺激呈递减现象者34.5%,尺神经为80%,腋神经为71.4%。全身型分别为46.7%、66.7%及100%。除面神经外,尺及腋神经重频刺激递减现象出现率在全身型高于眼肌型。面神经重频刺激在眼肌型及全身型的递减现象出现率低于尺及腋神经(P<0.05)。23例同时作面、尺及腋神经的重频刺激,有一次以上出现递减现象者占91.3%。高于国内报告的单纤维肌电图的阳性率88.5%。
The repetitive stimulations of facial,ulner and axillary nerve were performed in 49 cases of myasthenia gravis,of which 31 cases had ocular myasthenia and 18,generalized myasthenia.In ocular myasthenia the percentages of decremental response of stimulations on facial,ulner and axillary nerve were 34.5%,80% and 71.4% respectively,and in generalized myastheonia,46.7%,66.7%and 100% respectively.The incidences of decremental response of repetitive stimulations on ulner and axillary nerve were higher in generalized type than that in the ocular one,and the percentage of the same response on facial nerve was lower than those of the other nerves in all patients.The repetitive stimulations were performed simultaneously performed on above-mentioned 3 nerves in 23 cases,of which 91.3%of cases had the decremental responses,in at least one of three nerves.The percentage of this report was higher than that of a domestic report in which single fiber EMGs were done.
