737例小儿肿瘤统计分析

Statistical analysis of 737 cases of childhood neoplasms

作者统计了１７年内７３７例小儿肿瘤，其中男４２８例（５８．０７％），女３０９例（４１，９３％），男女之比１．３９：１．良性肿瘤４９２例（６６．７６％），恶性肿瘤２４５例（３３．２４％），男女之比良性肿瘤为１．１２：１，恶性肿瘤为２．１８：１．恶性中以淋巴造血组织和胚胎性恶性肿瘤为最多，后者多在３岁以下发病。良性中以软组织、上皮组织为多．并与国内资料各类肿瘤构成比作了比较。

even hundred and thirty seven cases of childhood tumors in the last 17years were analyzed,of which 492 cases were benign and 245 malignant.The ra-tio of male to female was 1.39:1.Malignant tumors were common in boys withthe ratio of 2.18:1 The lymphoreticular and embryonic tumors were prevailingin the malignant ones.The tumors of soft tissue and epithelial tissue were morecommon in the benign tumors.
