Diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with hypotonic encephalopathy in the aged

对１６例老年人肺心病并低渗性脑病的临床资料进行分析，认为此病患因缺乏特异性而易导致误诊和漏诊，故诊断需注意与肺性脑病等疾病相鉴别。

Clinical data of l6 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated withhypotonic encephalopathy in the aged were analyzed. It is suggested thatmisdiagnosis and missed diagnosis often exist because of lacking specific. Itshould be differentiated from pulmonary encephalopathy in diagnosis. Thecombined treatment of the disease was also discussed.
