肺心病患者凝血功能的改变

Change in function of blood coagulation with cor—pulmonale

测定30例肺心病患者凝血功能。发现 PT、TT、KPTT 缩短,Fg、PAG(M)增加;缓解期以上各指标均恢复。而且肺动脉压升高组较肺动脉压正常组,上述指标的变化均明显。认为:凝血功能的检查,对肺心病患者判断病情、指导治疗有重要意义。

The function of blood coagulation in 30 cases of patient with cor-pulmonale were determinated.It was found that PT,TT and KPTT were reduced,and Fg and PAG (M) increased,which recovered in remission period,and above-mentioned indexes in group of pulmonaryhypertention were more obvious than those in nomal group of pulmonary arterial presure.It is suggested that it is of great significance to direct and to judge the conditions in the patient with cor-pulmonale.
