摘要
利用潘承洞研究Ｇｏｌｄｂａｃｈ猜想的新方法探讨安全素数的分布，所得结果使安全素数猜想更加精致．
Safe-primes play crucial roles in the theory of public-key cryptosystem. The distribution of safe-promes is investigated by the method of Prof. Pan Chengdong with which he dealt with Goldbach Conjecture,as a result the Safe-primes Conjecture is more accurate.
