摘要
用石墨炉原子吸收法测定了从事镉化工、镉熔炼作业人员的发镉,证实其污染严重,含量达9.3~25.2μg/g,为正常人的100~400倍。样品用HNO3和HClO4消解;加1%NH4H2PO4以改进基体,更好地进行灰化;用加钙标准曲线修正基体干扰。以此法测定人发标准样BBW09101,测定值为0.098±0.004,与标准值0.095±0.012μg/g相符,误差<4%。
The contents of cadmium in hair samples of the workmen were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry who have been producing cadmium compounds or smelting metal cadmium. It is proven that they have been polluted by cadmium gravely. The content is from 9. 3 to 25. 2μg/g and the value of the exposed is 100 to 400 fold as much as that of the normal. The samples are decomposed with nitric acid and per-chloric acid. To improve the matrix and better ashing, the 1% amonium dihydric phosphyte is added. The matrix disturbance is corrected by the standard curve of cadmium containing quantitative calcium. The value of cadmium detected by this method is 0. 098± 0. 004μg/g which tallies with the certified value 0. 095± 0. 012 for the hair certified reference material GBW09101. The error is below 4%.
