摘要
在番茄酱罐头生产现场经大量测试65#圆罐罐盖圆边数据,借助高速封口机进行密封试验,采用正交多项式回归方法建立了罐盖圆边直径与叠接率的关系回归方程。该方法通过生产实践证实效果良好,并以此为基础提出了一种罐盖圆边最佳常数,以供预测和优化不同罐径的罐盖的圆边参数。
In the worksite of caned ketchup production,a large number of the data of 65# external curl diameters are measured. The sealing test is carried out with automatic high speed seamer. The regression equation in relation to the external curl diameter and the percentage overlap is found using the pependicular multinomial regression method. The effects of the method that is confirmed in practice are very good. Based on this condition,the optimum constant of external curl is put forward that is provided to predict and to optimize the parameter of various external curl diameters.
